How do you do it? How do you keep the results after setting a goal and achieving the results you have been sweating over for weeks, months, and years! We know. The usual routine is you look great for 1 week then you go out to celebrate your success and all the old habits return. The diet goes right out the door. You should've already established that "diet" is a bad word and a set up for failure. During the celebration, alcohol returns to refresh your pallet and you are so hung over from the sugar, food and booze that you miss your workout the next day. Another day of your workout routine is in the gutter and you are on the way to your downslide of repetitious recovery workouts and binge dieting. Sounds fun but there needs to come a day when the cycle breaks. This is the cool part of being a member of ISK. The cycle can stop HERE.

of all ISK Instructors and is the underlining principal within the
ISK team. The ISK team is composed of ISK Instructors, all training
with in the same philosophy. Our unique
blend of power punching and power kicking, along with extensive
aerobics, calisthenics, strength, conditioning and endurance training,
you'll be able to get into the best shape of your life! ISK classes
provide a unique combination of flexibility, strength, endurance,
and cardiovascular exercise with the added benefit of self-defense
skills. It is a high-energy workout where the body and the mind
must work as one.
